Each year, Telluride Academy embarks upon a membership drive to augment our operating budget and contribute to important initiatives like tuition assistance, staff training and to update gear. The amount of membership pledges vary, but each member receives benefits including preferred registration the following January to ensure space in popular programs. Attend an event:
Every summer, the Academy organizes a number of exciting events for parents and friends of the organization. We gather in incredible locations like a mountain-top retreat or a main street penthouse, to meet new friends and support the Academy. Tickets for different events can range from $30 to $500 and some events are free with a call for pledges to specific items like camping gear. The Academy development committee seeks out hosts to underwrite the expenses of each event, ensuring that ticket costs directly benefit the organization.

Share your land:
Access to private land and ranches in and around the Telluride region is critical to augmenting our limited public land permits. Thanks to the generosity of private land donors, Telluride Academy students have more room to camp, roam, explore and learn about the natural world around them.

Spread the word:
Word of mouth contributes to success of Telluride Academy's summer programming. In return, we invite a select group of local businesses and organizations to advertise in our annual summer guide and popular website.

Become a trustee:
Trustees form the backbone of the long-term financial stability of the Academy as a non-profit organization. Each trustee pledges a $25,000 commitment, typically paid over a five-year period, which is directly applied to the Academy's endowment fund. Every trustee moves the Academy closer to its goal.
